Anyone know how to change the in-game character Icon? Or the Avatar?

IS there a way to change it? I remember there was, but I can't find it now.

Could you please fix the pop up windows on the Potions ? They will not scale and you can't scroll down.

Of course this might be too much to ask because nothing seems to get fixed here?
